Refund policy

At Velqen Watches, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. We offer exchange only in case you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you receive a damaged product, the wrong product, or a product with a manufacturing defect. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We may require photos or videos of the product to verify the issue before approving an exchange.

We do not offer refunds or returns. All eligible cases will be handled through an exchange only. Products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

The complete exchange process may take up to 11 days, depending on the return, inspection, and replacement process.

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If your watch arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an exchange.
